On receipt of your request for ESTIMATE/PRE-BOOKING  ANNEX I ,

. you'll receive back, our assessed Estimate, corresponding to your pre-selected rental, and  according your descriptions specified on  ANNEX I .  

b)       TEMPORARY CONFIRMATION  - ANNEX II : (during 8 days)

. As ANNEX II  issued, you'll profit from a temporary booking confirmation,

-          during 8 days,

-          waiting for your definitive decision or instalment payment,

-          this instalment, as receipt, will at once confirm to us your definitive booking.

.  further a 8 days time limit,

- our temporary booking should be automatically cancelled.

 3)  ANNEX  III :

       . « DEFINITIVE  CONFIRMATION»

-          on receipt your INSTALMENT :

-          we issue the ANNEX III :  YOUR  DEFINITIVE  CONFIRMATION,

-          and send it to you at once .

.  This ANNEX III -  DEFINITIVE  CONFIRMATION:

-          will be needed for your keys remit when you'll arrive on your holidays premises,
